HAIRCLUB

This location really needs to actually hire a staff. We pay a premium price on something and can't even get in to get our haircut on a regular basis. The turnover is ridiculous and every time I booked an appointment I've sat there for anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour and then I have to reschedule for weeks later because I can't get me in. Staff they have is very nice and helpful but they're understaffed and overworked and it's ridiculous how they're treated. Who's ever in charge of this location should take some responsibility and hire some people to actually grow the business properly. They have three rooms to use and they've never been fully staffed since I've been there for 4 years. The leadership of this location is a joke and should all be terminated and replaced with people who actually want to build the business not just run the help into the ground.

Paula is an amazing stylist, she’s educates me in all the treatments , processes and products that’s used during my process. She’s a great listener and is always makes it here priority to understand and resolve any concerns I may have. 100/10

DON’T DO IT!!!! Such a disgrace to Mr. Bosley’s name!! $4,000+ dollars WASTED! Swift talker out of Florida lied to me about financing based on my ‘good credit’, set me up on a man’s profile. Current GM in WS responds to me only when I call HQ. The bully manager in CLT (really a Chihuahua) calls to stack me because I’m unhappy with the program!!! WS has only 2 stylists & an unorganized receptionist. This location has lost my images while I was there, after I call corporate I receive a call the next day at the end of business day - it’s magic, they found images!!!! Lies!!! They have lied so much! I do not trust them. They certainly have mastered how to manipulate the public!!!

We have been going to Hair Club Winston Salem for 3 or 4 months, and our (my husband and myself) have had the best experience. They are professionals, but so very personable. The director, Cindy was very knowledgeable and helpful. Both of the stylists, Jennifer and Trish, are talented and just a delight to have them working on our heads. Tracey, the first face you see is always helpful, offering drinks and snacks, trying to accommodate with scheduling. All in all that's a great office. We have been extremely happy with our results, and when we has a malfunction they were there to help. If your looking g for a place to go for your hair reconstruction, look no more , that group is the best.
